Any person related to A Bagger’s Life is exempt and not liable for any claim and demand, right and legal action of any kind, anything you might have now or may have thereafter against the parties in any way arising out of or relating to the performance of their duties. This disclaimer extends to any claims by the undersigned now and thereafter against the parties and arising from the performance of their duties whether or not such claims are due to negligence by any or all the parties regarding the event and the conditions, qualification, instructions, rules or procedures under which the event takes place or any other cause.

I am informed and agree that, including my guests, I voluntarily participate in the events or the purchases and I expressly agree to assume all risks for any damage to my property and all risks for any personal injury to me resulting from the performance of such activities, from my participation in events and from negligence on the part of all parties in the performance of their duties.
